Saturday Snapshot again

I love the opportunity to dig through old pictures, so I am very excited for the second Saturday Snapshot party over at Yellow Songbird.

Now this particular picture is very old.  Like, summer between 11th & 12th grade type old.  And it was scanned in back before scanners were as stellar as they are now.

It was our very last day at the Kirk Institute and we had been up all night and we very likely had no make-up left on.  I don't even remember if I was wearing make up that summer.  Anyhow, in case you can't tell, that is me n the overalls.  Those overalls got swiped in college and I was SO SAD.  They were huge and the most comfortable things ever.  Anyhow, I wrote many letters and tried to keep in touch with those girls but sadly we all drifted apart.  There are still people I keep in touch with from my many summers at Truman State University.  (I was going there during the transition, for those of you familiar with it, from North Eastern Missouri State University to Truman State)  Kirksville may not be a big city, but I have wonderful memories of it.  (seriously those were the days.  I need to try and scan in some pics from the JBA days.  hahaha, the toga days and cross dress days and wearing pant legs for hats.  Yep, we really did those things.)

If you have a snapshot to share, go link up here.

I remember having a pair of comfy overalls. I am glad though I don't know where they are :) I don't think they'd look so cute on me now.
